It's a Bug Vegas inspired joke, meaning the latter. It used to be "C-64 Necrogamer", that's why Noid was a bit obvious.

Ok, since no one has made a guess so far, here are a couple of new screenshots and another hint: it was published in 2000 in korean, 2003 in japanese, and never in english.

I guess it took too long, so here's a giveaway: it was developed by Gravity and Sonnori, published by WizardSoft in Korea and Falcom in Japan.

Someone guess it already, i don't know s#!t about these games. ;)
