Drelmanes: I didn't knew that. The game is any good? Or it falls in the list of "Good books that don't make good games" ?
Navagon: I can't honestly remember if it's any good or not now. I remember more about the things it came with than the game itself. It's been a couple of decades after all.
A more current Douglas Adams game is Starship Titanic, as mentioned by wodmarach above. I never played it though as it had terrible compatibility problems. But at least it's not entirely text based.
Compatability wasn't actually that bad i ran it last year on a windows 7 x64 system... the main problem werethe puzzles for example one tells you to think outside of the box, they meant this literally as the answer was a small picture on the back of the actual game box >.<
