Dunno if you can zoom into it like that but maybe Divinity: Original Sin 2? Kinda get that Divinity feeling from it myself...

It is indeed not.

Adding 3 more screenshots. 1 more from a conversation, 2 from gameplay. All of them still with cropped UI. If it's not enough, I will add more with UI tomorrow.

It is a recent game. 2020+

Well, time for a heavy hitter screen. The previous screens were not the only camera POV the game is played in.
