I knew that this game would be way to hard for this community....well,anyway,the game is called Incidente em Varghina,released in the `98,and its from Brazil......

Here's the next screenshot. This game is a bit more obscure than my last one but shouldn't be too hard.

I think it's a Sherlock Holmes game? I can't remember the exact name...

Never heard about it, except for this thread - looking at previously posted screens it hard for me to understand how I recognized the art style
