Not obvious at all for me! Hints tell me "Alien Shooter", but I'm sure it is not that, it seems older.

Well, I'd guess Alien Soldier, from the wording. The reason people might not be familiar with it, is its limited release in the US:

Hm, I think you quote the wrong guy, I checked and Alien Shooter has been released in 2003, it appears Alligatorcon has the right answer because Alien Soldier has been released in 1995!
So it should be Alligatorcon's turn.
