this one seems to be Magic duels. I've never bought any Magic the gathering cards but I had some friends on it since the first years of this century.

this game isn't at gog. This Isn't even a PC game. It was released in the XX century. More clues will be given later.

update! similar games:

Medabots series and Little Battlers Experience

similar games on pc? hard to find. The first two games that come to my mind are Gunz and S4 League but those games were MMO, 3rd person. This one is on one platform but have some concepts in common like the first and secondary weapon and the bomb!

Good it was the right game. I was afraid that it also could be Custom Robo V2, which looks exactly the same.
