Okay, here are some hints for you. This game is based on a licensed property. It's pretty good. It contains elements from different genres. The creators (designers) are more famous for a long-running and critically acclaimed series of games which have some similarities with this one (though there are major differences as well). The company which developed and published the game is also responsible for a a well-known game here on GOG, but they have not been credited for it here (shame on you, GOG).

But what was that about renaming? It was called 46069_full, its not the same as "Soldiers of Anarchy", there's not enough O's

by googling 46069_full i found a russian website with a link to gamershell containing that pic. I could not get the name from the link so I use internet translator to translate a post in russian to english which gave me the name of the game. Then I googled the name of the game to check whether it is the correct one.
