rampancy: I've heard that Spectre had great acting and great casting, but was let down by a disappointing script. Apparently Blofeld only has something like two scenes in this movie, and even then you don't see him for very long.

I understand that he's supposed to be the man in the shadows holding all of the strings, but for goodness sake, don't make a movie where you overhype this master villian, only to just barely show him in the actual movie.
His reasons for going after Bond are retarded, his "Masterplan to take over the world" is stupid...and the whole second half is a big pile of letdowns.

How did I contradict anything ?

If a body is infected with cancer, then the cancer cells will reach their peak, meaning they will multiply and infect every part of the body.

Then things get worse for the person as their body starts to self-destruct from within.

Same analogy can be used with what I said about western civilization. The cancer within has reached its peak. Now the symptoms/infection gets worse and destroys the society from within a few generations.

But it seems you are too busy deconstructing what people say like some left-wing nut rather than understanding the heart of the message.
