I used to like coming to GOG and browsing to see what all old games have been made available. I would go to list of all games on the website and sort games my oldest to newest, which made it easier to to find them. I think there was also a way to search for games published between certain years.

Anyway... now when I go to all games and list by oldest first, well.. it only goes as far back as "Hit man 2", released in 2002. They are many, many games older than this on GOG. And browsing down the first page, there are games that had been released in the past year or so..

I'm really confused. Is this a bug? Am I missing something? I just want to be able to browse the older game library on this site.

Hmm, you're right. You sort by Oldest First and get both Akalabeth (THE oldest) and Kingdom Come on the same page. Along with Hitman 2 that you mention.

Sort by "date added" seems also to be broken.

gog sucks now. Used to be great, could search by fear and many features. All gone now, utter useless shit
