Quite a few games in that list that GOG is better off not selling - Reservoir Dogs being just one among many.

Some others though - Dyad, FEZ and Fract OSC for example - are a darn shame to have to be without.

krugos2: I missed Tales of Monkey Island, I kind of disliked the game aesthetics, so I was undecided about getting it to complete the collection. But, now that is gone, I want it! Lol. The funny part is that GOG gave the game away for free and I missed it for not having it on my wishlist.
Something similar here. I haven't even played Curse or Escape yet, and I don't like buying too many games of the same series in advance, so it wasn't even on my wishlist when it was given away. My hope is that by the time I've finished the other games, Tales will have found its way back to GOG.
Back to the Future :(

I missed out on Severance: Blade of Darkness. I never knew anything about it, but then I watched some youtube videos about how revolutionary it actually was, and I'm really sad this gem of a game is no longer available.

But the one I'm most pissed about missing is Re-Volt. I played to death the demo with my brother, so there is the added nostalgia to it, but it is a really good game that deserved to be released here. And, seeing the fiasco of a release it had, it's doubtful it will ever get re-released.

Death Gate - I hate myself for not buying it at once, decided to wait for a small discount. I have original ISO game installed on my hard drive through DOSBox and UniVBE 5.1 but it's not the same as having legally bought copy with GOG installer. I even started to read the Death Gate cycle books, Xar is my favorite character despite being episodically involved ;)
Desperate enough I instantly bought all other available Legend Entertainment games from Piko publisher, but they are still here. I feel like I was tricked and it sickens me.

Republic: The Revolution - not that dramatic case as above, but still I wanted to buy it as a memento, for old times sake.
I'm really disappointed I never got to buy Re-Volt, although it wouldn't make too much of a difference as that was the one case I know of where the game was removed from accounts and the money refunded.

One I have mixed feelings about not buying is Fez. I mean, on one hand it is a nice little platformer which I wish I had on my account. On the other hand it means Phil Fish got exactly as much money from me as I always felt like giving him. I would probably regret it if I had bought it after all

I was sure GRID was on GOG before, did I dreamt that? But I didn't know Colin McRae 2055 was here though, I would love get it...
XIII. I still feel bad for not taking advantage of the fact that this gem was here, DRM free and left with a loud bang. I hope the remaster enables the rerelease of the original XIII. Who knows ;). Cheers
Duke Nukem, ye
Back to the future for me as well. Speaking of which, I understand why a title like this would get delisted since it deals with an IP outside of the publisher's/ex-publisher's control, but titles like Duke Nukem and Re-Volt, why the hell delist these? Did the publishers suddenly start hating GOG or something?

W3irdN3rd: That was never here afaik.

Besides many titles already mentioned, TrickStyle and Re-Volt.

This is the whole list (taken from RWarehall's excellent spreadsheet)
...
Thansks for the list, much appreciated! I had no idea that so many games have been removed but GOG are of course not the ones to blame, rather the greedy owners of the license rights. Eiher way, it's their loss as owners as they will sell far less this way (especially considering that included are some obscure titles that mostly GOG users would appreciate)...

StarChan: Cryostasis. I wasn't even aware it had been on GOG when I learned that it had been removed.
The demo is available. It's halfway down the list here.

Does anyone know the name of the game that was removed that was similar to dark souls? was some third person game that was pre dark souls was removed a few years ago.
