Stuffed peppers with rice & meat, cucumber salad, and a frozen chocolate coated banana.
Cheeseboogie.Pepsi.
For breakfast I ate:
- an oat meal (porridge) prepared in the microwave oven, just to save time.
- some frozen blueberries sprinkled over the oat meal + lactose-free milk
- an apple
(- I would have had one banana as well, but I forgot to buy more)
- a bit later at work two cups of coffee + milk

For lunch I'm about to eat some frozen food prepared by my wife that I don't even know what it is yet. Probably rice + some chicken, I'll see soon enough when I get it out of the microwave oven.

EDIT: I was wrong, it is pasta + minced meat this time, my wife managed to surprise me. Damn I forgot to take ketchup to work, the pasta will taste a bit bland without it, but oh well...

On the side I will have some raw broccoli, cucumber and tomatoes. I would have a carrot too but I forgot to buy more of them.

At home in the evening 8pm (as my dinner/supper) I will eat:
- two pieces of dark rye bread stuffed with some butter, hummus and a couple slices of cream cheese.
- a fistful of mixed nuts with unsweetened fat-free yoghurt
- one avocado
- one big glass of water

That's about it. The breakfast and dinner/supper is pretty much the same for me every day, only the lunch changes somewhat. I mostly eat just not to be hungry and trying to stay healthy, hence all the raw broccolis, avocados, nuts, oat meals and rye breads. To me they taste quite good too, except broccoli which is a bit meh, but whatever. At least it has huge amounts of vitamin C and folates, which is supposed to be good for your brains too. As are nuts and avocados.
