Currently reading Orphan's master son. Since I'm relatively at the beginning is hard to judge it. But this book received several prizes, Pulitzer prize included. So bet it would be good. It's fictive novel about Jun Do, boy who raising in North Korean orphanage.
I've just begun the classic "One Thousand and One Nights" collection of folk stories. It will take a while to finish it - the book is huge!
The Demolished Man, by Alfred Bester. I love old CF books.
Finished reading this book comprising three stories by H.P. Lovecraft, The Dunwich Horror, The colour Out of Space and The Curse of Yig. These are among the best stories by Lovecraft I have read so far, and I have read almost them all at this point.
I'm currently reading The Bourne Retribution.

Before that, I finished A Wanted Woman by Eric Jerome Dickey
The GOG Forums.

Only read books when I was a kid
Currently reading House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski.
I highly recommend it to anyone

Love me some Lovecraft. If you like a little doom metal in your horror fiction, here you go.

I once again put down Deadhouse Gates because I'd requested this brand new anthology from my library, co-edited by George RR Martin and Gardner Doizos. I've really enjoyed their output in the past and look forward to Rogues as this collection features some of my favorite authors: Joe Abercrombie, Patrick Rothfuss, Neil Gaimain, to name a few. Not to mention a new ASOIAF story from GRRM himself to tide us over until Winds of Winter.
The list of authors and their respective genres varies greatly from dark fantasy, sword and sorcery, historical fiction, mystery, and contemporary literature. Something for everyone ,perhaps.

just started Flight of the eisenstein in the horus herasy series after reading the first three.

I Have fulgrim and descent of angels to read after. I am eating quite well at the moment though so I am not likely to spend a lot of time on the john meaning it will be slow progress until I go on holiday later this year, then I will blitz through them all whilst lounging in the sun :D

I've read a book with a least two of these stories. Can't recall the name of it but there was Colour and Dunwich in it.
I read it when i was in 6eme (can't say the school equivalent for you sorry ^^' but i was probably 11 more or less). Found in love immediatly, Colour is a brilliant story.
I just finished reading The Legend of Sigurd and Gudrun by J.R.R. Tolkien and The Complete Robot by Isaac Asimov.

Now I'm starting Parasite Eve by Hideaki Sena (mainly because I'm curious to see how much of the novel ended up in the games). And Gateway by Frederik Pohl.
"The Greened House Effect: Renovating your home with a deep energy retrofit", by Jeff Wilson.

We're looking at an enormous renovation on our house, to make it our last house. Energy efficiency is going to be a major part of the task, so we're reading up on it now.
