Probably one of the most common PC gamepads at the time due to them being rare for some reason; Most PC joystick peripherals back then were actual joysticks!
Ironic now that it's the other way round - Almost exclusively gamepads, with joysticks being mostly relegated to the high-end flightsim crowd!
We had a joystick from that era that my dad maybe bought with his gateway win 95... In some ways it worked better than our USB logitech joystick.
The Logitech one had more buttons, but the cord broke very easily, whilst the old one had a 1/4 inch-thick cord.
