Last year Wendy's the fast food place had a end of year deal where you could spend 2 dollars on a little key for the next year that would give you a free mini frosty with every meal. Is wendy's doing that this year?

I dunno but there's a wendys(another one closer by) being built close to home....the builders are taking their sweet time with it, though(they planted the coming soon sign 6+ months ago, then broke ground 2 months after that or so, and are still working on the building as of now[it needs outer bits and furnishings inside, but the frame and such is up]).
