Finally on GOG!
It's about time Whispering Willows was added to the GOG catalogue!
Great game, really!

A warning to those who whish to buy those. I bought all three of them, and afterwards I found out that GOG also sells the deluxe editions for not much of a difference. So I have requested refunds for them all and will buy them again :)

(The dropdown selector box was not available upon release, for neither of those games, and it was added 30 minutes later).

Whispering Willows looks kinda nice. I'm not sure if it's really my cup of tea, but it's the first release/coming soon this year that looks even a little interesting to me.

But seriously GOG, dumping those games together in one post combined with this new "template" is too much. I was actually one of the people not entirely critical of these kind of sparse announcements, but that's overkill. It's like you want people to overlook stuff.

I played Whispering Willows and I thought it was quite interesting, but checking my own review shows it's not... At first I was charmed by the atmosphere, but I doubt I'd ever finish the game without using a solution, because making mistakes costs you a lot of time spent on backtracking...

But – nice to see them on GOG and may be still interesting offer if you're patient enough ;)

Keep in Mind: Remastered doesn't have any appeal to me.

The other two seem okay, though I have Whispering Willows listed as owned at IndieGala.

The most appealing at least visually, but not price so much, is The Crow's Eye.

I guess a demo might have helped with that last one.

The Crow's Eye seems to be up my alley. Somebody here who played it, and can tell a bit about the gameplay?

Whispering Willows sounded somehow familiar... Apparently I finished this game on Steam 3 years ago (and even got all achievements) but I don't remember a single thing from it even after looking at screenshots. Complete blank. Strange.

What has happened to the announcement posts??

Earlier they used to be intelligent and engaging.
Recently they had become somewhat bland.

But this is something new!!

Basically, it's to try to give the information without repetition and to allow them to focus on longer retrospective/articles/interviews.

They are still tweaking it.

I think they should at least use complete sentences.
