Alright, that is weird. But is Judas doing the cleaning on his own? That would be futile i guess since they would just keep coming back and the amount of spam...wow... Maybe we need Member Admins or at least people with the permission to delete spam and ban people.

The GOG forums are not moderated. The only people who can delete posts/threads are GOG staff (aka blues), but it is Saturday afternoon near Christmas, so I doubt many of them are monitoring GOG. I don't know if there is an automatic notification/deletion system when a post gets too many spam reports, and I do recall it being abused in the past.

So yes, atm Judas is doing the cleaning on his own.

IMHO, Member Admins and ban-power is a bad combination.

It looks like it's just Judas right now, I don't think it's a coincidence that it's happening on a Saturday afternoon/ evening on a forum with no regular mods and admins.

Just checked all subforums that have been posted in past 24 hours and did not find any spammers so we might be clear, until next wave hits at least.

If need be, GOG should put the box art for Jack Keane 2 in the background of every forum page to scare the spammers away.
