Still got the issue. Galaxy seems to find I own Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, but I cannot download it, and the game isn't shown in my library nor in my story order. I refreshed my account a lot, and the support request I've sent is still unanswered

Edit: Nevermind, account refresh fixed my issue.

Today the game has been added to my account.

I don't know if this will be of any use, but this has had consistent results for me so far the past 4 games since the issue started.

Of course I get the error the first time I enter the Prime code just like everyone else, then retry a 2nd time while staying on the same error page. Then wait a minute or two and it shows up in the library after refreshing the page.

Maybe the whole thing is pure luck on my end, but though I'd share that info anyway.

There's also an entry in the on the Orders & settings page that the order needs to be completed for that game. I avoid clicking that just to be safe.
