Sleeping Dogs does have one, a number of scenes in the game take part there since it's owned by one of the characters.

If you are using Windows 8 and below, I believe it should work right out of the box. Just set windows compatibility to "Windows XP service pack 3", then check the box "Run as administrator", then you are good to go.

By the way, if you want more sushi stuff, I found this neat flash game where there is a lot of lovely sushi where you can toss up. ^_^
