As can be seen by the thread, nobody had any idea what he meant by that, and since he refused to elaborate, one might hypothesize that he had only a pretty hazy notion himself as well.

I didn't realize "statement" equals "sentence." In my mind, a statement can be expressed using several sentences. But, I'm entered, so I'm OK.
