The Van Helsing Final Cut is on steam

But we did not see it on GOG as of now.

Did they made a deal with GOG to release after the summer sales, so the sales won't steal the game thunder?

From their site:

On GoG: This will be released at a later date, and GoG will activate it automatically.

Your assumptions to its delay are as good as mine.
