I was sending refund request on 22 december 2019 , still no respond . I confirm my refund on e-mail already. Nothing happen.

save game crash and all my character it’s all reason.

I just don’t really want to play it anymore , I go through every bug , glitch.
Some bug and glitch are kind of bothering my experience , but you know I love you guys and I was every hype for this game. I just playing until my save is gone for no reason.

So if CDproject want to got my last good feeling for them, please just respond me with message .
Or something that seem you guys care about me.

They have mentioned that the support is currently overloaded, if you look in the Cyberpunk sub-forum peoples are receiving their refunds but it can take up to around three weeks.

Perhaps they're doing wait a day for every hour played?
