At my wits end, so I created another account. No matter where I try to log in, GOG won't let me, telling me that the user doesn't exist, which is bull. Why? Because the account name exists and "isn't available", same with the email. GOG Galaxy kicked me out, customer service isn't answering. But the cherry on top is that inside my Steam Deck, I'm still logged in with the same credentials, and can even download and play games.

This same week I couldn't access my account because the 2FA didn't work for a whole day and the only answers I didn't get, where brought by a bot. Now this, and hundreds of bucks in games behind an unstable access method with an insufficient customer support with NO WAY to actually contact a human being.

The obvious question is:

Are you absolutely, 100% sure you typed the email address correctly?

Mookarma: customer service isn't answering.
Support is very slow. As long as you managed to open a ticket, they'll get around to it eventually.

You can change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone, then send a polite message with your support ticket number to ponczo_ or Clownski_.

Yes, since I save them in the account manager that Chrome has, and it's my day-to-day email (I use it for EVERYTHING personal, not work related, including things like Steam, Ubisoft's and even Origin.

Or accidentally including a \r\n newline. On linux it's very weird to get characters ending with that due to scripts written in windows, then moving them to a linux system and not cleaning it right. Or being case sensitive for some god awful reason.

I'd still make sure i typed the email manually, probably using ISO9660 (or whatever that encoding is) and no odd characters from unicode. Check your underlines, periods, or any other special characters, sometimes zero 0 and letter O look reallly nearly the same...
