I created an account and purchased a game, with the idea of ​​downloading it later. But the moment to log in again ..... it tells me "user not recognized" !!!
I tried everything, but nothing worked.
At this point I tried to create a new account with the same email address and, incredibly, the account is now active (to which it also lets me log in) but - obviously - there is no game purchased in my library!
But I bought the game, with that email address, and I still keep the proof of purchase .... the support has not yet let me know anything ...
It seems you have two accounts under two different e-mail addresses.
