Already submitted a support ticket, just trying to find answers quickly

Using windows 10 and the GOG Galaxy app to try to play Grim Dawn

When either trying to join or host multiplayer I get the " You must be logged in to GOG Galaxy to play Grim Dawn in multiplayer mode. Please log in to GOG Galaxy and lunch Grim Dawn from the GOG launcher"

Ive deleted and done a clean install of both the game and gog galaxy app several times

Checked firewall settings, Router settings, GOG Galaxy settings, in-game settings

compared all settings to another players settings. all matched for the most part except for theirs being windows 7 and the gog galaxy client file inside of the control panel being different sizes. Mine is 392 MB theirs is 1.2MB.

Searched all over online but there is very little relevant information on this

Thanks for the reminder, Im sorry I did not post my issue correctly and I apologize for the unprecedented confusion. Sort of, not exactly. My friend and I ended up downloading hamachi and used the LAN option to play together FINALLY after spending all day trying to figure it out. Still doesnt rectify the multiplayer online issue. I still cannot play multiplayer online, whether its join a game or host a game. HIGHLY dissapointing.
