The short asnwer is No. If however you are the owner of both accounts and would like to merge them, contact Support. They might help you in this case.

I don't think it's possible. You might contact Support but most likely they'll say no also.

If you haven't downloaded the game or the extras yet, you could ask them to turn it into a gift code which you could give to the owner of the other account.

However if you've downloaded anything, even partially, then you're out of options...

Do you not have access to the original account? I mean if you do, why worry about it being on another account. It is DRM free.
