downtown Warsaw (Next to a post office or sushi restaurant) for a job of which has little to no benefit of holding a physical office aside from getting micromanaged, whose Glassdoor reviews seem to suggest more a
Glass Ceiling? Why wouldn't you simply take a telejob in Germany that has better benefits and potentially better pay?
Or considering the neighbors, you could probably get a job at Stölzle Glassworks that's more stable and less prone to the incompetence of market forces. I can imagine a machine tech for a glass company would be very rewarding.
