This is the very first time I am using GoG Community Discussions as a customer, so I do not know if this is the right place to ask my question. If it is not, please forgive me in advance.

The previous week, I was adding for several days some games I wanted to have on sales in my basket. When I was ready to purchase them all (Last Monday), I bought them and seconds after my successful purchase I realized that all the games I bought plus one more game, were at a fantastic offer at a lower price from what I paid.

I opened a ticket right away to ask if there is a chance to change my order so that I can have the game I could not include in my initial purchase plus - if it is possible - to buy some other games for the remaining currency different.

As the ticket is almost a week old and the offers are ending in a few days, and there is no answer at all, is there a way to contact to some of the company to check my situation?

The only way is via the support system, try adding a new note, or if you are really desperate, submit a new ticket, thats the only direct way atm.
