ie Night Dive have at least registered a trademark against NOLF. That would be a pretty much inevitable step towards release if they had secured the rights, but it isn't necessarily so, they may be fishing for someone to challenge it. The rights hell was just two companies both of whom denied they owned it, resolvable, if you could make it worth the companies' while to actually check.
I don't personally think a NOLF rerelease is imminent, but it is possible.
