Since the other guesses are based on darkness, I'm going to go with shrouded.

http://www.kitfoxgames.com/shrouded-isle/ isn't due until August.

https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?page_id=19#faq_02 looks doubtful unless it comes as an In Dev title.

Which leaves http://store.steampowered.com/app/444590/Shrouded_in_Sanity/ from nearly a year ago.

If it IS actually Throne of Darkness, I'm alright with that. I played a fair bit of it back in the day -- it's a pretty straightforward Diablo clone, but it's well-done. It's got that feel to it that only the 2D Diablo-style stuff seems to have... stuff like Nox, Divine Divinity, etc.
