Panzer Dragoon Saga would be my bet, considering it was never ported to pc, the source code appears to be lost, and Sega isnt on board.

I liked part 1 and 2 and love part 3.
Why not the third? :/

Releasing old PS1 games in an emulator package would be nice, maybe some day...
