I think GOG decided to go for the jump scares in these last times.
Maybe because, in the first years, they over-hyped some of new releases. That brought them quite a lot of criticism.

Marketing wasn't really their strong point. I can still remember the time they decided to shutdown the website because a "new GOG was coming" - bad memories, indeed :(

Now we, of course, can't be sure if Bethesda is coming this week/at all or not, but if it WAS coming this week, Judas probably wouldn't want to try making a hint. Might be too easy to guess, plus there's already a whole thread questioning if Bethesda is debuting on GOG.
