While Crystal Dynamics didn't make Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain(that was Silicon Knights) they did help publish it along with Activision.

Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun.
These crystals in the picture look like the Tiberium they harvest in C&C TS.

Never played the first one. I started the series with Red Alert. ;-)

I'd keeps my hopes low as EA seems rather content to let the games stay on Origin. However, maybe SimCity 4's sales encouraged EA to allow a few more games to appear here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Command_%26_Conquer:_Tiberian_series - "Command & Conquer (1995): The genesis of the Tiberian series as well as the C&C franchise in its entirety. The original Command & Conquer game is called Tiberian Dawn in several readme files and FAQs for Westwood Studios' subsequent C&C games." Since tiberian is involved in the first game, perhaps that game is coming.
But I'm still leaning most towards Crystal Caves.

In any case, if the series does come over to GOG, the games will most likely be released in chronological order.
Agreed. As great as it would be for the series to be released here, EA hasn't showed any intention of doing so in spite of its (seemingly) good relationship with GOG. So yeah, it most likely is something that has nothing to do with C&C.

It is similar to commander keens 1 to 3. Its a very simple platformer. I think there is an "overworld", you jump into various levels, jump around, collect gems. It is very old school pc platformer. A nice nostalgia trip but nothing to rave about.

The game is closest to Secret Agent (they use pretty much the same engine)

http://www.3drealms.com/caves/ (Shareware version available here)
However, Crystal Caves has more diverse environments. Some levels may have low gravity or 'reverse' gravity, there are a lot of traps and puzzles, and I'd say it's less forgiving than Secret Agent (in that, in some rare cases if you don't solve a puzzle properly you may have to restart a level). You've got a large range of power ups that affect your shot power, jump height, etc. I liked both games, but I lean slightly more towards CC due to the setting. Of course, my all time favorite Apogee platformer will always be Bio Menace. :)
And on the topic of Apogee games, it looks like the new 3D Realms has something new in the works for Major Stryker:
