I have just downloaded my first game with GoG, Theme hospital. However, after the download I am unable to play it. Upon clicking the icon, it looks like its working for half a second, then the icon stops moving, and then nothing happens, its like I never pressed the icon.

Please excuse my lack of knowledge on computer systems, I will give you as much information as I can to help solve the issue.

I have just purchased the MacBook Pro 2017 and loaded it up
I have just upgraded the system to macOS Catalina 10.15.
I have downloaded both the theme hospital game for Mac and GoG galaxy. Not sure if I need them both running for them to work, I have tried this, also to no avail.

Be glad there was a source port made, or otherwise, I'd have to congratulate you on buying a thousand pound machine that can't even play games.
