It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Anyone had success downloading this? Not a single archive will extract for me. I can't download it via Galaxy 2.0 either as it doesn't show up there, apparently...

I was able to extract all files except for the Witcher 1 and 2 goodie packs. I downloaded them again and it still won't work. Hope someone knows a fix.

I just downloaded all the zip files with Firefox from the web site (the last four files are video files so they will not be "uncompressed"). I tested the zip files with 7-zip 18.05 (64bit) and all seemed fine, no corruption.

If you still have problems:

1. How did you download them? With Galaxy, or with a web browser from gog.com?

2. With what are you trying to uncompress them? I recall Windows default "zip manager" has issues with very big zip files, which might be why it is reporting them as "corrupted".

If that is the case, I suggest you install the aforementioned 7-zip application and uncompress the files with it instead.

https://www.7-zip.org/

If you are a Linux user, just use some default compression program that comes with it.

The Windows zip manager was always crap and I wish Microsoft would have never included that shit in Windows, it works poorly and confuses many new users (who e.g. just enter the zip file with it and try to run some executable from within the zip file, without first uncompressing all the files).

1. Using Firefox. I couldn't find them listed in Galaxy 2.0 and I don't have 1.0 anymore since 2.0 is installed.

2. I tried both Windows Explorer/Zip and 7zip but had the same outcome. They might be if they came up in a search. I typed "witcher goodies" and got 0 results. And that first thread is unrelated by the way...

But keep trying, I'm sure mods are always looking for new recruits...

Nope, no interest in mod. Just pointing out that there is two threads, on the first page, of the general forum, with all the relevant information you need.
And yes, search does not work, never has. Scrolling slightly down the page always has however.

Yeah well at the time I scrolled down, I didn't see anything. I'm not going to sift through pages in the event that a search might not work.

Move on mate.

Edit: For those interested in troubleshooting this and helping each other, it seems that as of this post the files have been re-uploaded. I just downloded some of them and they appear to be working normally now. Cheers!

Then I presume something went wrong during the download, or GOG had corrupted versions available when you downloaded them, and fixed them before I downloaded them.

Below are the SHA-256 checksums for my working files. If you get some other checksums, I presume you need to re-download those files. I've listed the checksums also for the .mp4 video files but of course I can't know for sure if they are 100% ok for me (no way to verify data integrity for .mp4 video files, I presume). But since my .zip files downloaded ok on the first try, I presume the video files are ok too.

Since you have 7-zip installed, you can generate the SHA-256 checksums by right-clicking on a file and selecting CRC SHA => SHA-256.
