Indeed you are right. Only the wishlist page is functioning. All the rest are dead as a doornail.
Is the issue common? I thought if it was there would be a revolt in the forums and I couldn't see any mention. :)

I was trying to send a few PMs, but interacting with the page is completely impossible!

GOG, I don't want to dictate how you should choose your priorities, but I think that your completely broken site needs an upadate ASAP.

Seriously, I may sound offensive, but:
-no (precise) update flags
-"sign up or log in" label in place of "my account"
-"disappearing" posts
-inert account pages
-awful search system

Don't you think this is a bit too much?
That is more than embarassing for the second biggest digital dowload site out there!

I'm not sure how wide spread the problem is, there's one more person that has reported on having this problem.

I've made a post in the "We are listening to your feedback" thread, and have included links to your posts and the thread the other person started.

I've also an open ticket about this, but have not heard back from GOG Support for a few days now. I bumped my support ticket yesterday, and a fellow GOGger was kind enough to PM Firek on my behalf about it (since I can't PM anyone myself).

I suggest you submit a support ticket and perhaps post in the aforementioned thread as well.

I'm toying with the idea of starting a separate thread to draw more attention and see how many others have the problem, but think that I'll wait until tomorrow to give Firek a chance to get involved.


EDIT: i just saw that Enebias came forward reporting the same issues, I think I'm going to start that thread now.

I can interact with everything - but the site is acting crazy nevertheless.
Under "Account" the "Sign In" bar appears, though I'm logged in.
New messages are not flagged.
When I found and answered a message, the red flag shows up, and won't go away.

On messages, I dont have a "send" buton anymore ... also it's stuck at the latest recipient and i cant select another recipient;
On library, it doesnt load the the full library and it's stuck forever at loading. Also, cant acces that part of the library;
Seems some parts of the site are really messed-up

Icewind Dale EE is good. I was unable to check more games since GOG.com currently has eaten over 300 of my games!!

How many total games do you have?

I think around 567.
It seems that my shelf caps out at 250 or less games. I tried to reload it it and it never even came up with that many.

I have three plans then;

Plan A: Click this link to refresh your account. This should fix your amount of games.

Plan B: Assuming that the above results in a time-out, you're advised to contact support and explain that you are missing games.

Plan C: Ignore plans A and B and contact support right away.
