genkicolleen: Please tell me the update makes the game a little bit easier... Or at least gives us difficulty options!

So... HARD!
What you see in the changelog is what you get :)
Nevermind, found it *^_^*

PaterAlf: Is there a valid reason why the exact files that were updated are not flagged any longer? And if it is a bug, is it really that hard to fix?
This is something that has been brought up many times, but sadly no GOG staffer ever took the time to clarify. Perhaps they think it's a fun game for us to try to figure it out every time.

If it wasn't for this thread, I would have given up on updates a long time ago.

I think they are called "Beta" because they are fan translations and they wait for reaction from other users.

Got a flag for Mount & Blade: Warband + DLC.

Didn't it get an update a few days ago? Anyone know what it's about?

Version 1.163, apparently. At least, that's the latest version from the Taleworlds' site.

And what was the update a few days ago about? The different numbering of versions, is really confusing.

1.162 was the previous update.
1.163 is the new update indeed, though no changelog is provided.
