Gamedec visits Turkey and Korea! You have asked for it a lot; the biggest thread on our steam discussions is associated with a Turkish localization request; we couldn’t ignore that. Therefore the day has come; Gamedec has Turkish and Korean subtitles now!

Of course, that’s not all that we have prepared for you in this patch; what you can expect is long waited Axis Mundi re-design; many of you have provided us with your feedback regarding that location in the reviews and other discussion threads. We have realized that Axis, which is the ending and story climax, could be better, so we had to make some improvements here :)

It’s not everything; we have partial voice-overs, cinematic subtitles, more bug fixes; you can find a Jukebox in the Gamedec’s apartment, so now you can solve cases while listening to the whole playlist of truly wonderful tracks made by Marcin Przybyłowicz and the orchestra!

Fallen Hero:

- The Trolls will now be friendlier towards Gamedec if he sides with them

Knight’s Code:

- Empty dialogues were fixed
- Lines at the loading screen after going out of the virtualium were fixed

Axis Mundi:

- The movement on the level was significantly improved
- It’s now possible to reset the colors without leaving the platform
- New codex entries were added
- The deduction was re-designed
- Improvements in the Quest Log were made
- New dialogue lines were added
- It’s now possible to have an alternate ending with Eleanor
- Minigame in the Gallery was improved

Paradise Lost:

- Some dialogue lines in the last location were fixed
- The outcome line which relates to Panisantor was fixed

Update for Inferno - Beyond the 7th Circle to version 1.0.16

I was planning to release a new post-game campaign, but I wasn't fully satisfied with the result so I preferred to move all new contents into the original campaign.

This new update, one year after the game's release, contains precisely these new contents:

- New Boss: Beelzebub. Appears in new games if you have killed the main campaign boss at least once. Beelzebub is a very powerful (but optional) boss; you can find it near the Cathedral.
- New enemies: Bears and Armored Bears.
- New items: Anctient Tomes, which increase the level of some skills.
- New hazards: swarms of flies (a "gift" from Beelzebub)
- Changes have been made to some enemies attributes (the first monsters will be slightly easier)
- Increased cost for upgrading attributes with a value that is over 20

Act III Boss:

The seal in front of Alarin while he casts should be more easy to see.
The seal that needs to be activated should more easy to spot as well.
The Victory OST should no longer loop indefinitely.
You can no longer hide in the corners of the room to avoid the Multi-Projectile attack.

Some Critical Strikes Triggers were not properly triggered by "Indirect" Damage (Any source of Damage that was not from your Primary/Secondary/Support Skill). Slorm Reapers:

Primordial Reaper of the Goldfish now properly denies Greater Traits only.

Legendaries:

Soul Eating Mantle should now be properly triggered with Burn Damage.

The Fierce Huntress:

Delightful Rain stacks should now be properly removed when unequipping the Skill or the Upgrade.
Using Tumble right before a Boss cinematic should no longer move you out the room.
Multiple Ravenous Daggers from the same trigger now properly deal damage to the same enemy

The Mischievous Mage:

Speed Gate now grants the proper amount of Movement Speed.

Projectiles from Fury of the Storm are now properly categorized as Projectiles instead of AoE.
The Wrath Multiplier is now properly calculated in the tooltips of Fury of the Storm and Shadow Curse.

Extras:

Steam Screenshots should be working again.
Sound from The Slorm Temple should now properly stop when you exit the Expedition.
Level and Reinforcement Level of Items are now properly displayed in Inventory on smaller/larger resolutions.
Mana on Hit and Mana on Kill should now be working properly even when the player has Mana Leech.
Additional Informational Tooltips (such as Fireballs, Frostbolts, Arcane Clones or Inner Fire) are now always displayed after being idle for a few frames on your Skills or Ancestral Legacy menu instead of having to hover.
Missing Informational Tooltips should now be properly displayed.

Performance:

The script preventing enemies from staking up has been reworked. This means performance should be better (although maybe not noticeable unless you used to pack dozens of enemies) when large amounts of enemies are on screen and packed or being packed with Skills.

BALANCE:

Elite Strict Tutors: Reflected Projectiles from Elite Tutors have been drastically slown down.
Elite Stric Tutors: There is now a 1 second delay between the activation of the dome and the moment the dome can actually reflect Projectiles.

Woodworking Shed Split

Hey Drifters!

We've got a small update for you all before the research tree goes into beta. We've split the Woodworking Shed into two different buildings; the Sawmill and the Chopping Block. The original Woodworking Shed was meant to be a toolshed for a different feature and as such, felt a bit off-key visually. Now that we're working on the research tree, we took some time to split these into two different constructions. This way we can properly introduce fuel creation with research later on in the game, as well as look into a streamlined UI for single-item-workshops.

We also fixed some issues, most importantly; in certain edge cases a construction that was being deconstructed could cause a save to break. This is now fixed, and old saves with this issue can be loaded up again.

What's next?

We're testing the Research Tree internally and will have it ready for testing soon. After that, we're looking at scouting upgrades to work towards objectives.

Early Access 0.6.1: Woodworking Shed Split

Sawmill and Chopping Block

- Removed the Woodworking Shed. Loading saves with Woodworking Sheds built will still have working Woodworking Sheds in the town.
- Added the Sawmill, a construction that makes Planks.
- Added the Chopping block, a construction that makes Firewood.
- Added new animations and effects for the Sawmill and Chopping Block.

Fixes

- Fixed issue where schools would not list any drifter beyond the ninth drifter you rescued.

- Fixed issue where you couldn't salvage highway landmarks with boats.
