Frontier Hunter - Deluxe Edition
In case anyone's confused about this one:
Yes, the Deluxe Edition was already in the catalog, and with the exact same URL. But until now, the package was missing the Fashion Package and Mother's Trial DLCs.
At last, it's been updated to include those, making the Deluxe Edition complete, hence its appearance on the "New releases" list.
(I'd been waiting for this.)

The game itself, you're right. It's a new package entry in the database which was probably made to include this:

Now includes the Original Game Director's Cut bundled for introducing new players to the franchise
