OOOH, MicroMacro cities but as a digital implementation. I dig the huge sheet of fold-out paper/poster, but this looks neat. I wonder why not [yet?] announced.

Although the game was moved from 'coming soon' to 'new', there's no offline installers or Galaxy builds to download yet, and there likely won't be until the official release within the next few hours.
