This will be most likely the latest additions to this list in 2017: Monster Bash just got a macOS build:
OS Addition (29 December 2017)

- We have added a Mac-compatible version of Monster Bash.

I think you meant "last" rather than "latest".

"Latest" means "most recent", not "final".

Yep, that's what I meant indeed, I don't expect any more additions today.

But we do have new additions to look forward to in the near future:

There's been nothing to report in this thread so far in 2018, so let's throw some Tux-hype (or fuel for future disappointment :P):

Themken: Red Strings Club available now on GOG for Windows + Mac + Linux.
The Mac installer has been there since its release (yesterday), however the Linux installer just got added today - at least that's what the APIs say. It may have been on the site, but not visible via APIs, though I doubt it.

If anyone bought the game yesterday and had a look, I'd love to hear all about it :).

GOGdb agrees with you (which is hardly surprising, since you query the same API :P), so I'm gonna add it to the list unless someone can confirm that the Linux build was there from the start.
And while we wait for further incorporations to the list, here's some more Linux hype:

Oh man, Starship Titanic and Vaporum on Linux would be so great.
Actually, the only reason why I didn't buy Vaporum yet is the missing Linux port.

If you cannot wait, I got it with a Winter Star and it ran perfectly on Wine. :)

EDIT: And Starship Titanic is supposed to work with ScummVM, but yeah, it'd be nice if it were officially supported on Linux by GOG.

Confirmed.

That one is presented as 'bad news' but for me is actually rather good news, as I had no idea Wolcen was supposed to have a Linux version. :)

It was always supposed to. I backed it on Kickstarter (back when it was called Umbra) based on the promise of a Linux version. I guess it's good news that they continue to mention the Linux version - it isn't completely off their radar.
