Having acquired used copies of the first two games lately, I was able to find the answer myself. Well, actually ClonyXXL didn't give any definitive result for The Show, while on Natrolis it detected SafeDisc v2.51. I'm posting my findings here for those few who might be interested.

Am I wrong, or it seems an English version of The Show was never produced? I only found German and French ones.

Meh, life is suffering, and then you die, which if the rational viewpoint is correct means that all the suffering is pointless, while if the spiritual one is correct likely means that even more suffering follows, one way or another. The only way to win this game is to not play it… But your entry is decided by others. Worse, instead of the terrible crime it actually is, at least for a thinking, feeling being under the current circumstances, that’s seen by them, as well as by society as a whole, as a great thing, and also something you should be deeply grateful for, the general understanding being that something must be wrong with you if you’re not.

Well it becomes a useful thing if we can eventually figure out ways to make life less of a spiked hamster wheel and having more generations to figure it all out helps with that. We shall see.

Oddly enough I just got that installed. As soon as I play a bit some more of my disc version of kotor i'll sink my toes into it. Now should I be evil or good or a mix in this attempt of a play through?

Judging by all past and present record, that seems to be out of our skillset, while the suffering and destruction is guaranteed. Plus, hey, what better motivation for those who want a future generation to get them to actually fix everything than to condition that ever existing on those who are already here now actually fixing everything up during their lifetimes instead of just passing on the baton as all those before have also done? And for starters that'd really drive a health care revolution, plus safety standards, living standards, cleaning up the environment, seriously dampen violence and wars, so everyone will have the longest and healthiest life possible, since people will become irreplaceable for the foreseeable future.

I always play good, at least as close to what I see as good as permitted by the game, but no idea what your thing is...

We just need something that will band everyone together then like an alien invasion, then. Should be a piece of cake.

We should encourage the 'smart ones' to have some offspring at least. Don't want to make idiocracy any more accurate.

I often play good but will be 'evil' for things like the scamming the casino machines quest in mass effect and looting chests. I will sometimes test out the other options before loading and continuing on too.
