Wow! First Spring sale on GOG. Nice!
Now we have all season sales. :]
I'm assuming that now it's safe to buy Dungeons 2 since Dungeons 3 was announced. I wonder if all the DLCs get packed into something compact or I have to live with the separate DLCs. The deal is good though.

Cool promo GOG! Right on time as I predicted as well! Very glad to see it is a traditional GOG promo rather than Insomnia style. Insomnia has an element that is community fun in the forums, but I'm not overly keane on the overall promo format itself, puns notwithstanding.

Here we see another evolution of the standard promo format where it appears all bundles are available on day 1, and potentially throughout the sale as well. That makes life easier for a lot of folks for sure! Another thing I noticed when perusing all of the bundles is that you get the same price for a game whether you purchase just one game or all of them, no more "buy everything whether you want it or not in order to get the full discount". The upside of that is we can buy what we want and nothing more, while the potential downside is that the discounts may or may not be as deep as the previous bundling strategy. Either way, it's a fresh new approach and nice to see some experimentation being done by GOG which are almost certainly influenced to some degree by previous community and customer feedback I'm sure. Nice to see them continue to evolve the promos based on what works or not, and our feedback.

Finally, I notice that this promo is largely focused on games that are much newer on the human time scale than the traditional 1990s era bundle packs of days gone by. While those classics are always loved by folks, they've appeared perhaps far too often in recent years and become a bit of a stale sight for sore eyes. :) As the catalogue has grown it's nice to see newer content playing a more prominent role in this new promo.

I wonder what (if any) as yet unannounced surprises they have coming for us as the seasonal promo plays out. Perhaps a new contest, or a freebie promo of some sort, maybe new games showing up on GOG Connect? A highly anticipated big new game release of some sort? Oblivion?

And now we wait... :)
Hm... just had a look and there's probably nothing for me in this sale.

Have to grab a few gift codes though to keep the circle of gifting at GOG going. :)

fishbaits: Loosen your wallet by buying some games & telling your other half (& yourself) that you got them for free ;p

Sniskerbobberton: Haha, true :P

fishbaits: Wondering what changed re:Witcher3.
Historical Lowest Price: £17.49 at GOG on 2/14/2017.
Spring sale £20.99.

Still a bargain according to reviews though.

Sniskerbobberton: Isn't that the GOTY version with everything included?

It's a really good game, wish I could erase my memory of it so I could enjoy it like it was my first time again.
Nope, both are for the GOTY edition, unless both my price add-on thingie & Isthereanydeal.com are both wrong hehe.

Wait a couple of years, it will happen, whether you want it or not.
YES. I was waiting for this. Maybe I'll pick up some stuff this weekend once more come out.

I wonder if we will do the limited quantities sale soon too.
Buy Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.

That's an ORDER!

I feel obligated to those interested by the Witness to say that the game is the early unlock for next month's Humble Monthly.

Note that you will have to chose between a Steam Key or a DRM-Free download.

Maxvorstadt: The martian one, of course!
Sometimes I wonder if the extraterrestrials that are among us here, buying games,
are not just community gamers, but they may also be among the GoG.com staff... :D

Well, seems like some people got their wish, bundle discounts are seemingly gone on big GOG sales, and my impression is that discounts have suffered for it. Oh well, at least the single game buyers don't feel like they're getting "ripped off" anymore...

Sniskerbobberton: Huh, that's strange, is it possibly due to the recent price changes?

Sniskerbobberton: Just realised how bad that sounds, didn't mean it to come across like that.
What changed?
Well, apart from brexit etc ;p

Nvm, I was just teasing... Btw. I think it was 50% off at some point. Now it's "only" 40% off. Still a great game, wish I had time and patience for a NG+.
Hm, sort of tempted to get Crysis + Crysis Warhead + Divinity: Dragon Commander to save keeping but with ME:A coming up at the end of the month need ot save money.. oh well.. next sale!
