The first ones I can remember that really creeped me out were "Bad Mojo" and "I have no mouth and I must scream". So they were both instabuys for me when they got added to the library here...

The first game to truly freak me out was Bioshock, the beginning scare at least. The whole "Splicer trying to break into your bathysphere by force" situation kinda got me going. I was glad when it was over.

If I was in the middle of a number 2 and got shocked...., let's just say it would be explosive

Funny movie, but he was not shocked when he was on the toilet (big explosion though LOL)

Not in, but thanks. The first game to creep me out was the original Shadowrun for Sega Genesis, especially the beginning!

Not in, but the deaths in Impossible Mission creeped me out ... I was quite young. Later, in Prince of Persia, I really hated those cutting-you-in-half traps with that nasty loud beep from the PC speaker. Also, jumping through that mirror really freaked me, since it was so unexpected that anything would happen.

The very first level of You Are Empty was quite nasty.

The first game that I had to shut off and stop playing because it creeped me out so bad was probobly Silent Hill on the PSX.
