I think right now we are lack of information to deduct anything important. I tried to think of any scenario that might happen but all of them sound unconvincing to me.

Agreed. There is some evidence that could be examined but I think the crime scene should be fully investigated to maximize intelligence gathering first personally. Well, I didn't come up with that on my own mind you, my guitar pointed me in the right direction though. It would be nice to see a drawing of an overhead map of the house, shed, area where the bodies were found, any woods, driveways, roads, trails, and other prominent lay of the land. I mean if we were on scene we would be able to visualize that more clearly, but hard to visualize ATM.

Perhaps zeogold could whip up a fully rendered 3D scene in Blender or a navigable scene inside a game engine or something, complete with blood spatter patterns. I'll bring some used guitar strings and thumbtacks for the spatter analysis.
