If anyone's wondering about the end of my solution. I missed/forgot about Snowkatt liking bagels.
I thought the fire was causing by the glass in the dumpster and the streetlamp aimed right at the dumpster.
Kinda like a magnifying glass.

Not possible. You'd need a source like the sun and an actual magnifying glass (lens) or a much more flammable target like dry pine leaves etc. if you only have broken glass around.
