If I can use the loophole that the game will still be available DRM free elsewhere then I'll go with Shadow Warrior 2013. If I can't then it's Dust: An Elysian Tail.

tinyE: Terraria

Unless GOG starts to carry 'Genital Jousting' at which point I'd have to go with that.
Dammit, why did i look that up, and why are the sound effects the most disturbing part?

All of them. GOG means I have backups. :D

But seriously, Bloodlines.
Hmm. Well, since I still have Arcanum on CD, I guess I'd go with Master of Magic.
Imperialism II: the Age of Exploration
Year 2089 Skyrim.
I assume just 1 game to play it? TFTD.
Fallout 2
Pharaoh most likely, or perhaps Disciples 2, the first gog game I bought
Descent (be jealous ;)
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, since I played it the most and would do it again if I had 100-200h to spare again.
Duke Nukem 3D

Smannesman: I'd probably buy some weapons and march onto GOG headquarters.

tinyE: Oh, so 'DOOM'.
Lol, or Postal 2!
The first Witcher game, was one of the first RPG's I played and still have my hard copy.
Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge.

I do a playthrough about once every year.
Witcher 2 of course! Indeed should such a vast game be kept in all times!
