By "obfuscated", I mean "not copy-paste ready", basically.

Feel free to post any GOG gift code/promo code here, but please use simple character substitution of some sort, or make an elaborate riddle that has hidden within it all the letters and numbers of your code, or something else that will make the redeemer have to jump through a hoop or two (and hopefully foil most bots). Do not post naked codes, please.

Also, the only requirements for who may redeem codes posted here is that they be taking the code for themselves. There may not be any forum rep or registration date requirements (or any others, unless I think of something crucial) for anything posted in this thread.

Essentially, this is for codes where you don't care who gets them, you don't want to put it in the Community Giveaway thread for whatever reason, and you'd rather not faff about with trading forum posts or Chat messages (and with exhorting the intended recipient to "change your Chat privacy settings"). :)

Oh, and if you redeem a game, it's good form to thank the giver and let them know it's been used. By the same token, the poster of the code should try to remember to edit their post after the code either has been redeemed, or has expired.

Unreal Gold: EDIT: code taken

Maths!!!
The # may not be in the same place on each and every keyboard.
Well if we're going to nitpick....

I think you mean the positive square root of 81.

Isn't that kinda implicit?

He didn't mentioned "imaginary numbers" or "simplify this".

Themken: The # may not be in the same place on each and every keyboard.
It's a stand-in symbol. Where it lies on any individual keyboard doesn't matter.

Hmmm, not sure what to think about this. Net crawlers can get pretty sophisticated these days. We can still fool them with art and creativity but stay away from equations and anything math related :P.
EDIT: nevermind; it's different in English. My mistake.

Well, there's a pretty low limit on the lengths to which I'm willing to go to try to prevent someone from "stealing" something I got for free, and which will cease to be useful in less than two weeks. Frankly, it's probably good enough against more than half of them, and that's good enough for me.
Edit: code redeemed

It was mostly a "the AIs are here and will kill us all using math" kind of joke :P. More than 99% of them is more likely.

Not that there aren't some things out there which can figure out what you've posted above in a fully automated way, but I'm guessing their shadowy masters will not be interested in GOG codes.

Keep calm and obfuscate codes.
