I been working on Half/Bryan since 1998, It is a Stealth sneaking / RTS game. I made the game back in 98 for a class and started off as a platformer of the PB Tower and you must reach the top floor without being seen. I started off playing games back in the NES days and played Rush'n Attack and wanted to make my own game but there was no way an average person of the 80s and 90s could get ahold of software. So the only way I could build my own game was real time with army men and cutout room shoe boxes. More of a board game. 1995 was the creation of the Military PB Group for the game and the Leader you see as the avatar. Another game I played to get the RTS like feel was snes desert strike. Yes you fly a chopper but wanted to do the base building. Then in 1995 one of my favorite games came out, Command & Conquer. I used MS paint in 95 to create my own building bases and such, but had no engine. So it sat around as pretty images. Made my secret agent man's name up as John before being replaced in the 2000s with Bryan. Another game that came out and another one of my favorite series was Metal Gear Solid. MGS showed I could build a secret agent like game that sneaks into bases. In the mid 2000s I got a software GameMaker and could start building my game outside of the classroom. I tried the Valve Source Engine and wanted to try to build Half/Bryan in it until found you need to pay a $25000 for a license for Havoc and quit using it. I then bought a box copy of Multimedia Fusion 2 and was like game maker but simpler to use and just kept with that. At that time I had a normal job and less time to do anything. Fast forward and still no time. I managed to get the novel done and 3 of the Half/Bryan games done from class but nothing great.

Half/Bryan in a few minutes

Half/Bryan is about an agent named Bryan that works for the Severts "British off branch" on a island called Solalant located in the Pacific Ocean. In 1921 Naripe is formed, a group to get rid of Severt and is soon taken over by a Russian undercover General named General Luberin. Later a man named Corporal PAT joins Naripe and becomes General Luberins right hand. Severt sends in agents to try to destroy Naripe occupied Malin. A letter is given to General Luberin and sees initials of TAP "Terrorist are Punished" but assumes it is Corporal PAT trying to takeout him. So General Luberin tries to kill corporal PAT and PAT flees to his secret base he was constructing in the Nerin Desert Mountain region. thus, the founding of the PB Group 1927/1928. Agent Bryan is sent in to take out one of the Naripe bases and witnesses General Luberin dying from a heart attack. Soon after Bryan is sent to another Naripe base and has to face off 5 Naripe bosses known as Naripe Secret force members.
1928 Bryan is sent to Nerin city docks from a tip of a new origination. and tracks down a shipment being sent out to the Nerin desert mountains and Bryan locates a tower in the mountains. Getting the go ahead, Bryan enters the tower and faces off the PB Group and 5 PATs Secret group member bosses. After the destruction of the tower in 1928, A missile is seen being fired from the islands known as Roy Island. Bryan is sent in by plane to infiltrate the island by jumping out of the plane by parachute into the ocean and swimming to the island. The plane is shot down in the distance. Bryan gets to the island and finds out that the missile launch was not a missile but a rocket launching a laser satellite into space. Bryan meets Dr. Clark and Natalie. Bryan battles General Morgan and 5 PATS secret group members. Bryan is captured and saved by Natalie and escape the island. In 1932 an island on the west side of Solalant "Lain Island" is the PB Lagrin facility that creates the Lagrin project, Super soldiers. Also, the housing of the first nuclear missile silo. Bryan is sent in due to missing agent Mack. Bryan is captured and then saved by Mack and have to get out of the facility before they are killed. 1933 Bryan is sent to a PB Facility Dam in the Groskian mountains and finds that the PB Group is constructing tower tanks known as Trigete. 1959 The Severt Capital City is destroyed by a laser satellite. Bryan and surviving severt troops invade the PB Tower 2.0 in the Malin jungle mountains. Bryan manages to connect to the satellite and have it fire on the tower along with Bryan being on the roof at the time. Bryan is missing...
1965 Ben joins the Severts and helps fight the PB Group. 1969 Ben is now an Agent of Severt and has to infiltrate a last remaining PB facility located in the Groskian ice mountains. But in find Ben finds out it is not the PB Group but the PB High Power Brute.
2030, A alien parasite crashes on earth and starts to overtake all living organisms. 2031, Lead General PAT shows his return from space.
Lead General PAT convinces Agent Ben to join his side and help him rid of the parasite. 2077, Jamie is captured by Severt and forced to be impregnated with Bryan's cells and witch John is born. 2078 Lead General goes through a portal to another world and never seen again for some time. 2109 Lead General PAT returns back through a portal to earth and is consumed by the parasite, turning his body to a liquid puddle of matter. PB scouts find his body and bring it to a PB facility where his body is inserted into the cell rebuilder to be reconstructed. 2110, Lead General awakens and is back to his normal human form. Lead General is part of the parasite as he can liquefy and clone himself now.
2128, Lead General confronts John and fights him. After the battle, Lead General tells John, the world will be rid of the parasite soon and will be a new start of life soon. Then Lead General Leaves to the Space Endeather to further mankind's future and to find what he is looking for.
