Crepes with honey or self-made strawberry jam

Blinõ, blintšiki with honey or Nutella.

Or the good old waffles made with the Soviet time waffle toaster (Volta or Esta-2; the fat western style waffles aren't that good.)

Pancakes here are most times eaten as a dessert or even as maindish - not for breakfast
And if pancake then the crepe like one with maybe some marmelade or apple puree

The war is over! Sunshinecorp has made peace on both sides! The wafflecake reigns supreme! TinyE, Blakstar, Drealmer7, and ValamirCleaver return from no-man's land safely, having defeated the Luftwaffle and brought Shortstack to justice! We salute our brave soldiers and hand out breakfast to everybody! Huzzah! Huzzah!
