wolfsrain: I wanted for quite a bit of time to play Shadowrun Chronicles: Boston Lockdown. Have a friend that punded my head to the walls just by talking about it and he seems to like it (so basically i have someone to play with, too).

So I am in for that one if it's still available.

Second choice would be Warmachine Tactics. If it's anywhere near the original Space Hulk, i guess that i will thoroughly enjoy it (i understand that Warmachine Tactics is close to the board game, just like Space Hulk was). And yeah i know that there are two different board games;)

zeogold: Space Hulk? Warmachine Tactics? I've never heard of these board games before. And I love me a good board game. Do you think you could explain 'em to me in a PM?

Meanwhile, your request is granted.

wolfsrain: Thanks to zeogold for still struggling to maintain this GA and to all the generous people here.

zeogold: Struggling? The list is starting to grow mold, dude!

triock: I'd like Shadowrun: Director's Cut if possible.
avatar
zeogold: Granted!
There's a videogame adaptation of Space Hulk, it's terrible but it's there. :P
Thank you YaTEdiGo & zeo.
Thjanks to zeo and to MarkoH01 for generosity.

Actually the original Space Hulk is quite good and quite faithul to the original. Space Hulk: Ascension it's still a bit of a mess, but it seems that is fixed by the fans with the blessing of the company that developed it.

zeo, Space Hulk it's another Warhammer setting that takes place on abandoned dreadnoughts that are travelling through Warp and are infested by tyranids or Chaos forces. It's smaller in scope, but way more unforgiving. Warmachine has a steampunk setting with some added magic. Quite nice to play on a rainiy day with a friend or more.

If not terrible at least terribly optimized. :P
Haven't played Ascension though.

You're welcome. Hopefully it is as good as you are hoping it to be.

I've heard she is a pain in the ass; celeb mindset with no grasp of reality.

Which must be true if she's marrying somebody 22 years younger than her.
So first impressions for Shadowrun Chronicles: game so far is not even a quarter as bad as some of the Steam reviews are making it. Especially if you play it with people you know. Graphics: i definitely seen much, much worse than those and the sound is adequate. Nice to fill a rainy week-end.

I think that people expected the depth of the Shadowrun SP games in a MMO and that would be very hard to do even with a rather large budget. To be honest i am impressed what they did with so little money (560k is not a lot by any means). They still continue to support the game, there are some rather big changes incoming, but they are also considering a second KS campaign to raise additional funds, so they could expand the game.

So, i'd say try it before taking out your torches. play for a few hours or more, give it a chance.

She almost married Sean Penn who is way older than her.

Nothing wrong with women marrying older men who have more money, wealth, resources.

Even Canadian prime minister Pierre Trudeau was married to a young, pretty, fertile women more than 20 years her junior.

zeogold: Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Burnout Paradise: Ultimate Box, Mirror's Edge
I remember the very first time I went to a electronic goods shop in physical reality and for the first time in my life I bought CD games for myself, by myself. When I saw the prices, I my heart pounded like insane, for I only had enough money for three games. So I bought Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Painkiller and Beyond: Good and Evil. I am still happy when I look at those CDs.

I also remember how I got hooked up on Burnout. I think the very first time I played any Burnout game, was on the my old Nokia phone. It had Symbian OS. And what I loved the most was, that I finally played a racing game where you get points for crashing! (I also was bad at racing games) Then I started looking for PC Burnout games and some time later found Burnout Paradise. Love it how it's possible to freely drive on a motorcycle in the game.

Mirror's Edge is a great game overall. Since me and my friend are interest in parkour. Though, speaking of the game, I never finished it, because I got terrible lag at one point in the game and it would always crash. Maybe my computer wasn't capable enough to handle Mirror's Edge nicely.

Ahh, and no, I am not asking for these games. It's just that looking at the titles brought some memories.
